It’s been a long week at Aegis Park and the bye has come at the right time for the playing group, allowing it the chance to freshen up and refocus.

With the first half of the year now completed, North sits 12th on the ladder with 4 wins and 6 losses.

Players, coaches and staff will have a short break over the long weekend before returning to the club on Tuesday, June 12 to tackle the second part of the season head-on.

The Roos will travel to Metricon Stadium in Round 12 to take on Gold Coast and the side will be looking to get its 2012 back on track. It’ll be the Suns’ second consecutive match at home after playing the Saints there for Round 11.

Last time North travelled to the Gold Coast, Brent Harvey broke the club games record and the Roos went on to have an emphatic 59-point victory.
