Six new faces have been named in North Melbourne's squad for the Round 1 clash against Fremantle, presented by The Wharf Hotel.
While Bailey Scott was earlier confirmed for a debut, recruits Jared Polec, Aaron Hall, Jasper Pittard and Dom Tyson are also been listed in the Roos' 26, alongside first-round draft selection Tarryn Thomas.
Robbie Tarrant has been cleared fit to play as he returns from a shoulder injury, while Ben McKay and Ed Vickers-Willis will also fill key posts in defence.
The final 22 will be named on Friday afternoon.
The players will take part in an open training this Saturday at Arden Street from 11.30am.
