The North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos have five representatives in the 2024 AFLW All-Australian squad, with Jasmine Garner, Ash Riddell, Kate Shierlaw, Sarah Wright and Alice O’Loughlin all named in the 42-player line-up.
One of the most decorated players in the competition, Garner is in contention to receive All-Australian honours for the seventh time, while selection in the final team would make it the fourth time for Riddell.
Joining them in the squad are Shierlaw, Wright and O’Loughlin, who are all vying for their maiden All-Australian blazer.
Shierlaw previously made the squad in 2022 (Season 7), while Wright and O’Loughlin are first-time squad members.
The 2024 AFLW All-Australian team of 21, including a captain and vice-captain, will be announced at the W Awards on Monday, November 25.
The selection panel includes Andrew Dillon (Chair), Gemma Bastiani, Jason Bennett, Sarah Black, Laura Kane, Katie Loynes, Josh Mahoney, Emma Moore, Erin Phillips, Eliza Reilly, Narelle Smith, Kelli Underwood and Megan Waters.
