North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos trio Alice O'Loughlin, Bella Eddey and Tess Craven have been named in the AFL Players' Association's 2024 AFLW 22Under22 squad of 44.

22Under22, presented by Torrens University Australia, is a fan-voted concept that recognises the best 22 players aged 22 and under for the entirety of the season (including Grand Final day).

O’Loughlin, who was selected in the final 22under22 team last year, has kicked 14 goals from 10 appearances this season, including a career-high haul of four in Week 10 against the Gold Coast Suns.

Eddey and Craven have featured in every game this season, with Eddey booting eight goals and Craven rotating across all three lines.

For a player to be eligible for the squad of 44, they are required to play a minimum of five games of the home and away season.

Chair of Selectors Kate McCarthy and an internal selection panel at the AFL Players’ Association selects a squad of 44 players.

Fans then have the opportunity to decide the final 22 by voting on the 22Under22 platform.

Voting is open from 3pm AEDT on November 6 and will close at 11.59pm AEDT on November 13.

The final team will be announced on November 20 via the AFL Players' Association’s social media channels.
