Will Phillips, Toby Pink and Robert Hansen jnr have each signed on at North Melbourne until at least the end of 2025.

Phillips and Hansen jnr have agreed to new one-year deals, while Pink triggered an extension for next season after playing 15 senior games in 2024.

Phillips has played 43 games since joining the club as its top pick in the 2020 AFL Draft.

Part of the Roos’ competitive midfield selection mix, the 22-year-old featured 11 times at AFL level in 2024, taking on a shutdown role on some of the competition’s best midfielders.

Pink arrived at Arden Street as a delisted free agent last October following a dominant season for Glenelg in the SANFL. He made his long-awaited debut in Round 1 this season, seven years after originally being recruited by Sydney.

After starting in defence, the 26-year-old moved forward in the second half of the season and finished with seven goals.

Hansen jnr was taken by the Roos in the 2023 AFL Mid-Season Rookie Draft and made his debut two months later in Round 20 in his home state of Western Australia.

The 20-year-old small forward kicked 15 goals from 14 VFL appearances in 2024, before breaking into the club’s senior line-up for the final six games of the season.

North Melbourne head of football talent Brady Rawlings said the club looked forward to seeing what Phillips, Pink and Hansen jnr could achieve next season.

"Will has done some really big jobs for us this year with his typically selfless attitude," Rawlings said.

"He took some steps forward after overcoming his health battles from 2022, and this season should be a good springboard for his long-term football development.

"Toby worked hard to earn a second chance in the AFL, and Robbie has also impressed with his willingness to improve. He showed he can offer some spark to our forward line with his speed.

"We know all three players will be eager to make the most of their opportunities next season and we look forward to seeing where they can take their game."
