North Melbourne young guns Colby McKercher and Jackson Archer have both been nominated for the 2024 AFL Players' MVP Awards which will be recognised as part of Thursday night's 2024 AFL Awards ceremony.
No.2 draft pick McKercher has been nominated for the Best First Year Player Award, while father-son recruit Archer has been nominated for the Most Courageous Player Award.
Co-captains Jy Simpkin and Luke McDonald are also in the running for the Best Captain Award.
As announced on Tuesday, Luke Davies-Uniacke, Harry Sheezel and Tristan Xerri are the Kangaroos' three nominations for the Most Valuable Player Award.
