Key forward Tyler Sellers and speedy midfielder Charlie Lazzaro headline the ins for North Melbourne's VFL clash against Williamstown at DSV Stadium on Sunday.
Sellers was sidelined with a concussion last week but has been given the green light to make his comeback, while Lazzaro was the holdover emergency for the senior side last weekend.
The duo is joined by attackers Lachlan Wynd and Charlie Harrop, who will play their sixth and fifth games for the season respectively.
Toby Pink is one of the four outs, having been selected to take on Richmond at AFL level.
Bigoa Nyuon and Nick Hodgson will both miss through injury, while Sam Lowson also makes way.
