North Melbourne has welcomed leading specialised recruitment agency Robert Half as its Official Recruiting Partner for 2024.

The new partnership will see Robert Half assist North Melbourne in attracting, retaining, and developing staff across the club.

North Melbourne president Dr Sonja Hood and CEO Jennifer Watt will also get involved in Robert Half’s industry-leading Global Women’s Employee Network (GWEN) program, aimed at empowering women across the organisation.

Watt said the club looked forward to leveraging Robert Half’s expertise to attract, retain and develop great talent at Arden Street.

“At North Melbourne, we want to create champions both on and off the field and that requires attracting, retaining and developing great talent,” she said.

“Robert Half are a global expert in talent, and we can’t wait to leverage their expertise to ensure we have the best and brightest at our club.”
