The North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos will hope to back up their impressive season-opening performance with a win over visitors Carlton in the inaugural AFLW SuperClash.
Darren Crocker's side began Sunday's game against St Kilda in formidable fashion, and ultimately left Hobart with a 40-point victory to get its 2023 campaign rolling early.
As for the Blues, they managed to hold off a fast-finishing Gold Coast at Ikon Park last Saturday to claim a two-point win.

The opposition
The Blues survived a late scare at home against the Suns on Saturday, having coughed up the final six scores of the game before they ultimately hung on for a hard-fought, two-point win.
Experienced forward Darcy Vescio was damaging with three goals, while Jessica Dal Pos (19 disposals, nine tackles) and Harriet Cordner (14 disposals, nine intercepts) stood out in the midfield and backline, respectively.
The pressure higher up the ground from Carlton was perhaps the highlight though, as first-time coach Mathew Buck's group recorded 91 tackles.
Twenty-one came inside 50, a total just three shy of the AFLW record.
The in-form Roo
Taylah Gatt
Her game may have flown under the radar last weekend given the influence of Jasmine Garner and Ash Riddell, but the second-year winger produced a career-best afternoon at Blundstone Arena.
Gatt collected 17 disposals to top her previous best of 12, and was often seen both clearing the ball from defensive 50 and getting involved in attacking chains with her speed.
We may only be one round into proceedings this season, but Gatt is already showing signs of great improvement and looks primed to have a breakout 2023.
Last time we met
The Roos travelled across town on a hot and humid Sunday afternoon to Ikon Park to face the Blues early in Season 6.
Stellar performances from Riddell (30 disposals, six inside 50s), Jenna Bruton (28 disposals, four score involvements), and Mia King (25 disposals, five tackles) drove the visitors to a 30-point win, and Alice O'Loughlin's two final-quarter goals put the result beyond doubt.
It was North Melbourne's third consecutive win against Carlton since it entered the competition in 2019, the Blues not having emerged victorious over the Roos in that time.
