The North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos will take on Carlton in the inaugural AFLW SuperClash on Sunday, September 10 at Arden Street Oval.

Much like the AFL version, the superhero-themed match will give our AFLW team and fans the opportunity to come together for a family-friendly day of fun, with part proceeds going to the Royal Children’s Hospital’s Good Friday Appeal.

Kangaroos forward Bella Eddey will be involved in Thursday's SuperClash launch and has a personal connection to the Hospital, having been treated for Crohn’s disease at RCH when she was younger.

On Sunday from 1pm, families are invited to our inaugural North Melbourne Street Party! There’ll be food trucks, a DJ, giveaways, Royal Children’s Hospital auxiliary market stalls, and meet and greets with Marvel superheroes Spider-Man and Black Widow. Kids can also take part in a pre-game warm-up with Welbie (the Royal Children’s Hospital's Good Friday Appeal mascot).

We will also be bringing our moving pre-game celebration of the true superheroes of the RCH together for a reverse guard of honour, along with Carlton AFLW players. Fifty patients and staff from the Hospital will go through a joint banner as we give them a round of applause.

Fundraising for the Good Friday SuperClash will kick off on Sunday with fans encouraged to donate via volunteers, who will be roaming around the ground with e-readers.

See you at Arden St!
