North Melbourne has named its extended squad for Sunday's face-off with the Saints at Marvel Stadium, with six additions and three Roos ruled out.
Ruck Todd Goldstein has been named in the squad after a dominant VFL performance against Box Hill last weekend that saw the 35-year-old tally 28 disposals, 11 marks and 35 hitouts.
Hugh Greenwood also shone and has been brought into the squad after amassing 24 touches, 13 tackles, seven clearances and a goal in the five-point reserves defeat.
The veteran duo is joined by young midfielders Will Phillips and Charlie Lazzaro. Phillips is in the frame for his first senior appearance since Round 16, while Lazzaro is eyeing a fourth game for the campaign.
Livewire forward Robert Hansen jnr is a chance for his AFL debut, after being added to the squad for the first time since arriving at Arden Street as pick No.2 in the 2023 mid-season draft.
Versatile midfielder Dan Howe has again been included in the squad, after serving as an unused AFL emergency last weekend.
Jackson Archer (hamstring) and Liam Shiels (foot) have both been named in the squad despite their respective injury concerns coming out of the Round 18 clash with Hawthorn.
As revealed earlier this week, George Wardlaw (hamstring), Cam Zurhaar (ankle) and Callum Coleman-Jones (concussion) are all unavailable.
The final 22-player team will be confirmed on Friday at 5pm AEST.
