The Kangaroos are giving 300 children at the MCG on Sunday a chance to honour Glenn Archer on the ground before his 300th match.
On Sunday, special Glenn Archer 300th t-shirts, which feature the Glenn Archer 300 logo on the front and his famous No. 11 on the back, will be sold for $30 from merchandise outlets located outside Gate 1 and inside Gate 4 of the MCG.
All children between the ages of 5 and 15 wearing either the commemorative t-shirt or a Kangaroos jumper with No 11 on the back are eligible to be a part of this unique match-day promotion.
The first 300 of these children to enter bays M35 and M36 with their families (enter stadium via Gate 1 after gates open at 12pm) will be given a wrist band which will allow them to enter the playing arena from these seating bays at 1.50pm.
These 300 children will then form a guard of honour for Glenn as the players run out for the match.
A limited edition commemorative Archer 300 cap will also be available for $30 from the special merchandise outlets.
The Kangaroos will donate $1 from every shirt and hat purchased to Glenn’s chosen charity - World Vision. World Vision will also be on the MCG concourse giving the fans an opportunity to contribute.
