Midfield gun Luke Davies-Uniacke will play his first senior game since May when North Melbourne faces the Crows at Adelaide Oval on Saturday.
Davies-Uniacke, 24, has missed five games after injuring his hamstring in the Round 9 loss to Port Adelaide. He was close to a return ahead of the club's Round 14 match against the Western Bulldogs, but in light of the subsequent bye round the club took a cautious approach to allow him to regain full strength and fitness.
Davies-Uniacke is joined by Darcy Tucker as the club's inclusions to face Adelaide.
Tucker, 26, makes an immediate return after being dropped to the reserves for the Bulldogs match.
The big-bodied midfielder wasted no time convincing the match committee of his form, earning a maximum 10 coaches' votes for his performance in the VFL against Coburg. He had 40 disposals in the Roos' win, along with seven marks and two goals.
Young defender Miller Bergman, who played as the tactical substitute against the Bulldogs, has also been named in the starting 22 for Saturday’s game.
Making way this week are Tom Powell, Phoenix Spicer and newly-wed Hugh Greenwood.
Father-son recruit Cooper Harvey, 18, has been named among the emergencies for the first time after several eye-catching performances at reserves level including two fourth-quarter goals against Coburg.
Greenwood, Spicer and in-form Flynn Perez are the other emergencies, from which a tactical substitute will be selected and named an hour before the bounce on Saturday afternoon.
