North Melbourne is likely to regain Cam Zurhaar for its clash with Collingwood, while a handful of other Kangaroos are also eyeing comebacks.
After a collision with Port Adelaide's Jason Horne-Francis in Hobart, Zurhaar had a small surgical procedure on his cheekbone last week and missed Saturday's match against the Swans but has been cleared to play this week.
Veteran Liam Shiels has been ruled out for this weekend's game due to a delayed concussion, meaning he'll miss his first match since making his debut for the club in Round 1 against the Eagles.
Shiels reported symptoms on Saturday night following the Round 10 hitout with the Swans.
"Liam suffered a head knock late in the fourth quarter of the game against Sydney on the weekend," head of performance Kevin White said.
"He will now fall into the mandatory 12-day AFL protocol and progress through graduated exercise as symptoms alleviate."

JOIN US NOWAfter consecutive AFL games, rookie draftee Blake Drury (hip) faces a test ahead of Round 11, as does Aiden Bonar who sustained a knee injury early in North Melbourne's VFL clash against Casey.
"Blake had some hip impingement and adductor weakness after the game which was restricting his high intensity running," White said.
"He will be managed early in the week, and we'll assess his function after training Thursday on to determine his availability.
"Aiden suffered a knock to his knee on his previously injured ACL knee.
"The knock caused inhibition of his knee mechanics and discomfort with footy function. Subsequent scans have cleared him of any sinister damage, and he will progress his function through the week and train on Thursday to clear to play."
Star midfielder Luke Davies-Uniacke (hamstring) and young defender Josh Goater (knee) are both trending positively and are just a fortnight away from their estimated returns.
"Luke is tracking really well with his hamstring rehab," White said.
"He's now completed four running sessions on ground and is continuing to increase his hamstring strength on his injured side. He'll look to hit 80 per cent speed this weekend and increase his football function.
"Josh is also tracking well from that MCL injury that he suffered.
"This week we will progress his running and low-level change of direction. The aim next week will be then to increase running speed, hard cutting, accelerating, decelerating, and football function."

SYNC NOWDefenders Lachie Young and Flynn Perez are both expected to return to action this weekend after progressing through concussion protocols, while Darcy Tucker (hamstring) to need to get through Thursday's session without issue in order to be available for selection.
"Darcy made great progress in his strength and speed metrics last week but just fell short of being cleared," White said.
"He will need to tick off speed and acceleration testing on-field Thursday and train fully with no (hamstring) awareness to be able to put his hand up for selection."
Hardened backman Jackson Archer has worked through a groin complaint to be available for a return this weekend.
The 20-year-old hasn't played since the VFL team's Round 5 match with Gold Coast back in April.
"Jackson will return to the VFL this week after entering a period of reconditioning on groin deficiencies which restricted his output on-field," White said.
Slated to return in three weeks, ruck Tristan Xerri "turned a corner last week" as he continues to recover from a right ankle syndesmosis injury.
