VFL-listed Nick Hodgson is the fifth inclusion and will feature as the 23rd player.
George Wardlaw (managed), Lachie Young (ankle), Daniel Howe (AFL selection), Flynn Perez (AFL emergency) and Jamie Hope are the five players making way.
AFL-listed players named in the side include Kallan Dawson, Blake Drury, Aaron Hall, Charlie Lazzaro, Phoenix Spicer, Hamish Free, Jacob Edwards, Eddie Ford, Jack Mahony, Callum Coleman-Jones, Josh Goater, Bonar, Bergman, Curtis and Archer.
