Jarrad Waite has made a habit of taking big marks over a 13-year career, and his effort on Saturday night was no exception.
With three goals separating North and the Swans midway through the last quarter, Waite made his presence felt.
Following a Jarrad McVeigh kick-out, the former Blue timed his run and leap perfectly to take a huge mark over Rhyce Shaw.

It was one of two important grabs for Waite late in the game, as North made a final surge before ultimately falling short against Sydney.
Waite has been nominated for the AFL’s Mark of the Year for his effort.
