The North Melbourne Kangaroos have named three inclusions for the club’s trip to the Gabba to face Brisbane on Saturday night.
Young forward Eddie Ford returns for his sixth game in the royal blue and white stripes, having been given a taste late last season.
The 19-year-old booked his return with 19 disposals, a game-high 10 marks and five goals in the North Melbourne VFL team’s 24-point win over Williamstown last weekend.
Key defender Ben McKay has been named at full-back, having missed the win over West Coast after he was concussed in the season opener.
Saturday night will be just the fifth opportunity for McKay to line up next to Aidan Corr, the former Giant having missed most of last season with a toe infection.
