Mason Wood’s match-winner against Sydney is in the running for the AFL’s Goal of the Year.

Wood roved a pack inside 50 with just three minutes remaining, side-stepping the Swans’ Dane Rampe, before booting his fourth of the night.

It proved to be the defining moment of the match, with North winning by two points.
