AFLW practice match
North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos v Western Bulldogs
Saturday, December 18, 1pm AEDT, Whitten Oval
The North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos have announced a 25-player squad for Saturday’s pre-season practice match against the Western Bulldogs.
Ruck/forward Kim Rennie will face her former side in her first outing in new colours, as she prepares to pull on the royal blue and white for the first time.
After joining the team late due to WBBL commitments with the Melbourne Renegades, Jess Duffin has been named in the squad as she shifts her focus back to football and North Melbourne.
Fans will also get their first look at draftees Tess Craven and Jas Ferguson ahead of the Kangaroos' 2022 AFLW season opener on Saturday, January 8, while Amy Smith will continue to push her case for a senior debut.
The game begins at 1pm AEDT, with gates opening at Whitten Oval at 12pm.
Although it is not a ticketed event, fans over 16 will be required to show their double vaccination status and check in via the QR code.
