North Melbourne has made two changes to its side to take on Brisbane this weekend.
Co vice-captain and reigning best and fairest winner Luke McDonald will make just his second appearance of the season, after recovering from a pectoral injury.
McDonald’s return has been aided by the fact he was able to undertake conditioning training for the duration of his injury, and the number 11 will slot into his regular place in the back six.
A veteran of 127 games, McDonald will add some much welcome experience and leadership to this young North side.
Curtis Taylor also comes into the side after being the unused medical substitute against GWS.
Taylor has been in fine form in his eight games this season, providing a constant aerial threat while splitting his time between the forward line and the wing.
Averaging career-highs in both disposals and tackles per game, he’s quickly becoming an effective influence on both sides of the football.
