Due to contact tracing requirements, members with general admission access are required to redeem a free mobile ticket from 2pm AEST onwards. Members can redeem a free ticket on The Hill as part of their membership entitlements or choose to pay and upgrade to a reserved seat.
Members will have received their barcode via email. If not, please contact membership services on 1300 526 427 and we will be able to provide it over the phone.

Members with a reserved seat at Blundstone Arena will be able to use their mobile membership card to scan into the game.
Instructions will be sent directly to reserved seat(s) members’ inbox, but we encourage you to login to the NMFC App this week to ensure everything is working in order to ensure smooth entry into the stadium on Sunday.
To view your mobile membership card simply:
- Download the NMFC app via the App Store or Google Play
- Select MyKangaroos down the bottom
- Login to your account using the email linked to your membership
- Simply scan your barcode at the gate like you would your plastic membership card in previous years - it’s that easy!
*Please note barcodes will only appear 96 hours before the game*

If you have any issues, don’t wait! Contact our membership team on 1300 526 427 or book a time for us to call you as soon as possible. With our membership team based in Melbourne, they will be available to help over the phone on the day, however wont be at the ground to work through any issues. We encourage every reserved seat member to check their mobile membership card prior to 5pm Friday.
