Hosted by Caty Price, we will be joined by AFL premiership winning coach, Paul Roos, and leading management consultant, Gerard Murphy from Leadership By Design, who will share their experience driving development, performance and successful workplace culture in some of Australia’s biggest organisations and sporting clubs.
This interactive networking event will equip guests with the tools to further develop leadership skills, while helping improve staff engagement, productivity and success.
The lunch event at Metropolis Events in Southbank on Friday, July 2 from 12pm-2pm AEST, includes insights from industry leading facilitators, networking, lunch, and refreshments.

Paul Roos
A legendary career saw Paul achieve success as both a player and coach. Paul’s love for high-performance dialogue was instrumental to his coaching career at the Sydney Swans and Melbourne Demons.
Now serving as the Director of Brand at Performance by Design, Paul looks after all public facing engagements.
Gerard Murphy
Gerard is the driving force behind program development and mentoring at Performance by Design and has been a leading management consultant in Asia Pacific, Europe, and the United States for over 20 years.
Gerard has consulted for Vodafone, Telstra, Caterpillar, and Rip Curl, while working in sporting organisations including, Geelong, Richmond, Port Adelaide and West Ham United.
