North Melbourne has delisted Cameron Richardson ahead of the AFL’s second list lodgement date today.

The club is committed to selecting him in the upcoming AFL Rookie Draft.

Richardson was traded to North Melbourne in 2010 as a pre-listed player from the Gold Coast Suns, in exchange for North Melbourne’s pick 35 in the National Draft.

The half-back flanker was recruited from the North Ballarat Roosters and played nine senior games for North in 2011, however he struggled to cement his spot in the side after hip surgery at the end of that season.
