The Blundstone Arena all-time attendance record could be under threat when North takes on Carlton in Round 4.
It will be the first time the Blues have played at the venue and tickets - on pre-sale to members as of today and general public on Monday - are expected to sell out fast.
“We worked extremely hard to ensure that we had a strong fixture in Hobart for 2018 to provide even more quality content to footy supporters all over the state,” North CEO and Managing Director Carl Dilena told NMFC.com.au.
“We’re urging fans to get in quick and buy their seats early to avoid missing out.”
The game will be held under lights on April 14 following the success of the historic Friday night match held between the Roos and Tigers in 2016.
That game saw 17,844 file in to watch a memorable Roos’ win.
“We’re hopeful of breaking that record against Carlton,” Dilena said.
“There’s already been a strong level of interest in the game and for corporate hospitality and now that tickets to all three of our matches in Hobart are on sale, we’re anticipating a lot of early purchases.”
The Kangaroos will also play GWS in Round 9 on May 19 and West Coast in Round 19 on July 29.
