Brady Rawlings is glad that the make-up of the Kangaroos' board was settled at Wednesday's annual general meeting, but he's more happy for the fans than the playing group which he maintains was unaffected by the situation."I think it's good for the supporters to finally know what's going on and put an end to all the scrutiny, but for us as a playing group, we just want to do what we do best and play footy," Rawlings said before training at Bulleen on Thursday."The players don't talk about that sort of stuff too much, we just focus on playing footy, we've got a big game this week."Being at the footy club, things like this always sort of come up. Our culture at this footy club is that we just go about our business and play our footy - it's what we're here to do. We train hard and play hard; that's the end of the bargain we have to hold up."And while speculation on a possible relocation to the Gold Coast continues, Rawlings wasn't about to buy into the ramifications of the board elections, preferring to leave those now in control of the club to make an informed decision."We've got people that have been elected on to the board now to make those decisions (and) we'll just do our job. We're there to play footy, so we'll leave that up to everyone else," he said."There's obviously talk about it, but it's not something that we worry about or burden ourselves with. Obviously you always want to know what the club's doing and have an interest in which decisions they make, but it's not something we really burden ourselves with at all."Rawlings said the players would be doing their utmost to make sure such a scenario didn't materialise, starting with taking it right up to the Dockers in their quarter-final NAB Cup clash on Sunday."That's the aim, we want to be winning games of footy and giving the supporters a chance to see us on primetime TV. Watching us live at Telstra Dome this week is also great for them," he said."Membership is pretty ordinary at the moment so whatever we can do to get that up, we'll be trying our best. If that means going out there and putting our best foot forward this weekend, we'll be trying our hardest to win the game and if that's going to get more people to sign up then that's what we'll try and do."
