The second quarter

END OF QUARTER: The high intensity of the first quarter clearly saw many players out on their feet in the second term from both sides. Essendon kicked 3 goals to 2 in the term, and the loss of Daniel Wells and Leigh Adams could prove costly for North with one less rotation on the bench.
