North Melbourne has always prided itself on being the most open and accessible clubs in the league and on Thursday, it continued that trend by welcoming the media through the doors for an ‘all access’ session.

Representatives from the TV networks, radio stations and websites were unrestricted at Aegis Park with no-one off limits for a range of interviews; some hard-hitting, others more light-hearted.

It was open slather with 20 players including Brent Harvey and Brad Scott all available.

Always the innovators at North, the open media sessions were first introduced by chairman James Brayshaw in 2008 and have now been recommended to other clubs by the AFL in its new Media Policy guidelines.
