It was a busy night for Leigh Adams on Friday against Carlton and the hits keep coming.
The number 13 has been offered a reprimand for striking Blues’ swingman Simon White.
The incident occurred late in the first quarter as Adams swung his elbow back into White’s midriff.
Adams’ five-year good record and potential early plea reduces his possible penalty by 50 per cent.
Adams was also on the receiving end with midfielder Mitch Robinson handed a two-match ban for his high hit on the half forward.

Early in the first quarter Robinson collected Adams after the number 13 had disposed of the ball.
The club has until Tuesday morning to decide whether to challenge the findings.

He has an existing bad record of three matches suspended within the last two years, increasing the penalty by 10 per cent to 247.50 points and a two-match sanction. He also has 20.31 demerit points carried over from within the last 12 months, increasing the penalty to 267.81 points and a two-match sanction. An early plea reduces the sanction by 25 per cent to 200.86 points and a two-match sanction.
