Brad Scott says he and his match committee will make changes this week following the disappointing loss against the Lions.

A seven goal to one second quarter was the catalyst behind Brisbane’s four-point victory, and the North Melbourne coach will look to the VFL to find a winning formula.

“I’m after a ruthless attitude from our players and I’m not getting it at the moment,” Scott told the media on Monday.

“Players in one way, shape or form reflect their coach so that tells me that I’m not being ruthless enough with them.

“I’m demanding a ruthless attitude and they are not delivering it, so that reflects on me.”

Despite an 8-6 record after 15 rounds, North has been criticized for its consistency.

While Scott agrees with that assessment, he’s confident the club has the right mix at its disposal to match it with teams at the top of the table.

“I think the players on our list are capable of getting the job done,” he added.

“I think our 22 on the weekend was capable, but we’re not seeing them at their best at the moment.”
