Three North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos’ stars have been named in the AFLW All-Australian team.
Midfielders Emma Kearney, Jas Garner and Ash Riddell are among the league’s best’s side, after outstanding individual seasons.
Kearney is now a four-time All-Australian, a fantastic achievement, and received even further recognition, named as the vice-captain.
Garner averaged over 20 disposals a game, led the league in marks, was second for score involvements, and booted 8 goals in a brilliant year.
The versatile forward-turned-midfielder added to an already impressive collection of honours in 2020, including the AFLCA Champion Player of the Year, AFL Players’ MVP and club Best and Fairest.
Having finished third in Friday night’s Best and Fairest count, Ash Riddell capped off a memorable year with her first All-Australian selection.
