Elisha King will be out of action following a knee injury on Saturday.
The small forward had her ACL repaired a few years ago, and has sustained a small tear to the graft.
North will take a conservative approach, and hasn’t ruled out the possibility of a return this season.
“We’re hopeful that with some strength and rehabilitation, Elisha might be okay to play in a few weeks,” AFLW football operations manager, Matt Bolitho said.
“She’s worked extremely hard and had a huge impact in the first four rounds, so we’re keeping an open mind to her resuming at some point.
“Though not an easy task, we know that Elisha will approach rehab in a professional manner and give herself the best opportunity to return.”

The news is not so favorable for Chloe Haines however. The young Tasmanian ruptured her ACL in a VFLW practice match on Sunday.
Haines will now prepare for surgery.
“It’s been a tough week, but Chloe and Elisha have the full support of the club and we know their work ethic and focus will see them returning as soon as possible,” Bolitho added.
