In 2014, Membership Services sent a number of surveys to members and supporters asking them to provide feedback on the club's current membership offerings. This, along with feedback received from phone calls and email has resulted in some changes for 2015.

North Melbourne values the input of its supporters and encourages all members to continue to provide feedback on their membership packages and entitlements.

The club has has made the following changes to simplify its membership products and provide the best possible service to members. 

MEMBER PACK

All members will receive a member scarf in 2015, instead of a member cap. This scarf is a different style than what you may have received in the past. We welcome feedback on this style of scarf as we would like to continue offering this product with the vision of printing years of membership on the scarf each year. The member-only cap will still be available and can be purchased for $15.

EASY PAYMENT OPTIONS

- The Roo For Life payment plan will be available again in 2015 with the first payment to debited on October 21, 2014. If selecting the monthly payment plan option, instalments will be divided over 10 months with the last instalment due on July 21, 2015. All members who select to pay using Roo For Life will receive two FREE guest passes to the Social Club for a home game at Etihad Stadium or Blundstone Arena.

- Direct debit from a bank account will no longer be available as part of Roo For Life. Members will need to provide a credit or debit card to utilise this payment plan option.

- Renewing members have the option to make payment in full via BPAY and PostBillpay. Details on how to renew using these payment methods will be outlined in your 2015 membership renewal form.

CHANGES TO EXISTING MEMBERSHIPS

BLUNDSTONE ARENA ACCESS
- All home and home and away members will have access to matches played at Blundstone Arena (excludes 3 game members) with their membership. Additional fees and charges may apply. Entry is subject to capacity and may not be guaranteed.

PREMIERSHIP CLUB
Seating bays allocated as part of the Premiership Club will become general access seating bays in 2015. These bays can only be accessed by Premiership Club members and their guests. Premiership Club members will no longer be provided with an allocated seat and will instead be able to pick their own seat location at the game on a week by week basis.

This change will ensure Premiership Club members can continue to bring guests to the Premiership Room, and more importantly ensures that members and their guests will be able to sit together. This change also provides the club with the opportunity to utilise unused seating through member non-attendance, creating a more vibrant and lively atmosphere at all home games.

NORTH END
The North End GA Bay will move from Aisle 24 to Aisle 26. Members with reserved seats in Aisle 26 will be moved to Aisle 24 to ensure all North End reserved seat members can sit together.

NEW PRODUCTS

SEPTEMBER MEMBER ADD-ON
Members who don’t currently have guaranteed access to purchase a Grand Final ticket can now add this option to their membership. For more information on this product, click here.

SHINBONER SPIRIT
For only $50, this is the perfect membership for those who can’t make it to games but still want to support the club. Members will get access to one game throughout the year. For more information on this product, click here.

ABSENTEE
Available to 2014 members: If you can’t make it to games next season, this membership will ensure you don’t lose your years of membership status by keeping your membership on hold.

INTERSTATE MEMBERSHIPS

The Interstate membership category will include three different membership options in 2015. The main difference between these categories is the level of priority access to a ticket in your state as well as the level of priority access to purchase a Grand Final ticket.

INTERSTATE GOLD
Only a limited number of places are available for this membership category. With an Interstate Gold membership, members can guarantee a reserved seat ticket to a match in their state (fixture dependant) as well as guaranteed access to purchase a Grand Final ticket.

INTERSTATE SOCIAL CLUB
With an Interstate Social Club membership, members will have access via a ballot to a reserved seat ticket to a match in their state (fixture dependant) as well as second priority access to purchase a Grand Final ticket.

INTERSTATE
With an Interstate membership, members will have access via a ballot to a reserved seat ticket to a match in their state (fixture dependant) as well as third priority access to purchase a Grand Final ticket.

TASMANIA

TASMANIAN PREMIERSHIP CLUB
The new Western Stand opens in 2015 with additional seating and function room options. The Premiership Club in Tasmania has been created as a premium membership option for members to enjoy premium reserved seating as well we access into an exclusive bar facility. MORE IMPORTANT INFORMATION

MATCH-DAY ACCESS
Please note, in 2015, unless you have an allocated reserved seat to a match, access is not guaranteed. Access is subject to capacity and you are encouraged to reserve a seat in order to guarantee entry, particularly at high demand matches. Members will be required to pay additional fees and charges when reserving a seat. Access may be gained to unreserved seating on a first-come, first served basis subject to availability. Members can upgrade to a reserved seat at the venue for an additional fee subject to availability.

RENEWAL FORMS
2015 membership renewal forms will be lodged in early October.
