A 44-disposal effort from Ryan Bastinac has earned the midfielder a recall to the North Melbourne line up.

Bastinac was dominant for North Ballarat in the VFL and will be looking to transfer his form to Etihad Stadium against Fremantle.

The 24-year-old has enjoyed some individual success against the Dockers in the past. His disposal average of 22.7 in seven matches is higher than all other matchups except one.

Jamie Macmillan’s return has also been confirmed after missing the last four matches with a hamstring injury.

The defender was in good form before his setback, providing stability to the back half.

The emergencies are Brad McKenzie, Aaron Mullett and Trent Dumont. With North Ballarat having a bye, it means all three players will be available and the Werribee-listed Roos will play a full match.

As confirmed on Thursday, Jack Ziebell and Taylor Garner are out of Sunday’s side.
