North Melbourne has acquired pick 91 in the 2017 NAB AFL Draft in exchange for Sam Gibson, after a deal was struck with Adelaide on Thursday.
“We are pleased Sam has been given an opportunity to continue his career at Adelaide," North GM Football Cameron Joyce said.
“We would like to wish Sam all the very best and thank him for his contributions to the club over the past six seasons."
Gibson played 130 games and kicked 51 goals for North Melbourne, after debuting in 2012.
