Sam Durdin and Ed Vickers-Willis have joined six confirmed debutants in North’s initial squad for the clash against West Coast on Sunday.

The 2014 draftees were named on an extended interchange bench on Thursday, with the Roos to name their final 22 tomorrow.

Earlier, NMFC.com.au announced Braydon Preuss, Jy Simpkin, Nathan Hrovat, Marley Williams, Mitch Hibberd and Declan Mountford as its six newest Shinboners.

Preuss is set to form a strong ruck combination with Todd Goldstein, Hibberd and Williams will line up in defence, while Simpkin, Mountford and Hrovat are likely to play predominantly through the midfield and half-forward.

After getting through last week’s VFL practice match unscathed, Ben Brown is a chance to return, named on the extended bench, alongside defender Scott Thompson.
