Sam Durdin and Jy Simpkin have been named in North’s final team to take on Sydney on Sunday.
Key-defender Durdin is back for his second taste of senior action, after making his debut in Round 3 against the Giants.
A strong month at Werribee has paved the way for the number 24’s return.
Simpkin was managed last week, but comes into a 22 which will be full of confidence following a big win over Adelaide.
The 2016 draftee has been quick to make an impact in North Melbourne colours, with his smarts around the goals on show in his first five games.
As confirmed earlier in the week, Jarrad Waite will miss due to suspension, while Corey Wagner is out with an ankle injury.
Aaron Mullett (hand) and Taylor Garner (soreness) will miss another week and hope to prove their fitness for Round 9.
