Taylor Garner will make his return via the VFL this weekend, returning from hamstring tightness.

The dynamic forward missed the Roos’ clash against Essendon last week, but is back to take on the Tigers in Sunday’s Etihad Stadium curtain-raiser.

Garner is among a raft of inclusions in the initial squad, with the final team to be confirmed on Friday afternoon.

Tristan Xerri is back after being rested last week, while Majak Daw is one of several players who could be named at either AFL or VFL level after being named on an extended interchange bench for the senior team.
