Midfield duo Ben Cunnington and Shaun Higgins have once again been recognised by the coaches in the AFLCA Champion Player of the Year voting.
Cunnington was a rock in the midfield, collecting 33 disposals, 23 of which were contested, and he was rewarded with six votes from the coaches.
Higgins was awarded three votes for his excellent outing, where he finished with 36 disposals and a goal.
Hawthorn’s Luke Breust and Jaeger O’Meara took home the majority of the votes, polling eight each.
