The North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos have named a strong side ahead of their season opener against Carlton at North Hobart Oval on Sunday.
The 23-player squad, presented by Powershop, includes speedster Kaitlyn Ashmore, who returns from a broken finger.
Meanwhile, a raft of players are in line for an AFLW debut, with coach Scott Gowans earlier confirming Alison Drennan, Nicole Bresnehan, Daisy Bateman and Jess Trend would play, while the likes of Sophie Abbatangelo, Georgia Nanscawen and Ash Riddell have been named in the starting lineup.
