The North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos have selected mid-forward Ella Slocombe with their first selection - pick No.26 overall - in the 2023 AFLW Draft.
Slocombe arrives at Arden Street from Western Australia, where she was among her state’s best during this year's Under-18 National Championships.
She averaged 15 disposals across her three games, in which she showcased her eye-catching bursts from the middle of ground.
"We felt Ella was a top-end talent and are very excited to select her," North Melbourne AFLW list manager Flynn Loft said.
