The North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos will face reigning premiers Melbourne in an AFLW qualifying final at Ikon Park next Sunday afternoon.
The winner will get the following week off and and then host a preliminary final, while the loser will host the winner of the Geelong-Essendon elimination final the following Sunday.
North Melbourne secured third place on the ladder and the all-important double chance after defeating the Western Bulldogs by 46 points in Round 10, while Melbourne missed out on top spot and finished second after losing to Brisbane by 25 points.
The AFL has announced kids will go free to the entire 2023 NAB AFLW Finals Series, including the Grand Final, as well as a price freeze on adult tickets for weeks one to three of the Finals Series.
Ticket prices for weeks one to three will remain the same as the 2023 home and away season and the previous three finals series – frozen at $10 for adults and concessions, while juniors (under 18) can attend for free.
2023 NAB AFLW Grand Final tickets will be $20 for adults and $10 for concessions, while access for juniors remains free.
Juniors will require a ticket for entry across all games of the finals series and must be redeemed in advance of the match.
Tickets will go on sale on Monday at 2pm AEDT for club members and 4pm for the general public.
