Jenna Bruton and Kate Shierlaw are locked in to play the Lions at UTAS Stadium on Sunday.
Bruton, who strained her calf prior to Round 1, will make her first appearance for the Kangaroos this season, while Shierlaw slots straight back into the forward line following her late withdrawal last Friday evening due to hamstring tightness.
Joining Ailish Considine as an omission is Tess Craven, who will take up a spot as an emergency alongside defender Luck Burke and ruck Liz McGrath.
Ruck Kim Rennie will line up for her 50th game this weekend, while her 2018 premiership teammate Emma Kearney will raise the bat for a half-century of North Melbourne club games.
The Roos will be hunting a fourth consecutive win for the season in Launceston, plus a first-ever AFLW victory over Brisbane.
Tickets are still available for the Round 4 clash and can be purchased here.
The first 100 fans to sit in the Eastern Terrace will also get their hands on a limited-edition beanie, thanks to Mazda.
