The North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos have confirmed four fresh faces for Sunday's season-opening match against St Kilda at Blundstone Arena.
It was announced on Thursday that dual Williamstown best-and-fairest winner Ruby Tripodi would make her AFLW debut, while fellow off-season recruits Kate Shierlaw, Lulu Pullar and Eliza Shannon have also been locked in to play their first official matches as Kangaroos.
Former Saints leading goalkicker and co-captain Shierlaw will face her old club at the first opportunity, while defenders Pullar (Brisbane Lions) and Shannon (Hawthorn) have been named following impressive pre-season campaigns.
Experienced midfielder Jenna Bruton is unavailable for selection after being ruled for up to a month due to a calf strain.
Defender Hannah Bowey is also out of action for a similar period as she continues to deal with a bone stress issue in her shin.
Sunday afternoon's game in Hobart is non-ticketed, with free entry for all.
