North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos fans will have the opportunity to see the Roos' stars and new recruits in action as they take on Essendon and the Western Bulldogs ahead of the 2023 NAB AFLW season.
The Kangaroos will face the Bombers in a match simulation at Windy Hill on Saturday, August 12 before hosting the Bulldogs for a practice match at Arden St Oval on Saturday, August 19.
Fans will be able to attend the practice match against the Bulldogs free of charge. The game will also be live streamed on the North Melbourne website.
The AFLW's weekend of match simulation training sessions coincides with Round 22 of the AFL competition, with each fixture featuring the same opponents as in the men's comp.
The practice matches will give fans their first glimpse of the recently introduced rule adjustments, which includes longer quarters, interchange caps, adjustments to boundary throw ins and a cap on the use of runners.
The Kangaroos launch their premiership campaign against St Kilda at Hobart's Blundstone Arena in Round 1.
