North Melbourne VFLW senior coach Steph Binder will depart the club to pursue a coaching opportunity with another AFLW program.
Binder was appointed VFLW senior coach ahead of the 2022 season and also spent time as AFLW player performance manager.
North Melbourne head of women’s football Nathan Hrovat thanked Binder for her contribution across both the club’s VFLW and AFLW programs.
"Steph has been a fantastic contributor to our women’s programs since joining the club in late 2021," he said.
"During her two seasons at the helm, Steph took our VFLW side to their best win-record to date and assisted with the development of several players who are now on AFLW lists.
"We thank her for her service to the club and wish her well as she continues her development as a coach."
