Scott Thompson has been offered a one-match ban by the MRO, after being found guilty of striking Jack Steele on Sunday. 

Thompson caught Steele during the second quarter of the Round 23, and based on available evidence, the incident was assessed as intentional with low impact to the head.

In summary, he can accept a one-match sanction.

Fellow defender Majak Daw has been charged with engaging in rough conduct against Jack Lonie, and he can accept a $2000 fine with an early plea.

Daw’s incident was assessed as careless with low impact.

The incident was classified as a $3,000 sanction.
