North Melbourne will face Carlton in its final hit-out ahead of round one on Sunday at Visy Park from 1pm.
The Kangaroos, who won their second match of the pre-season campaign against the Bulldogs in Ballarat will play the Blues at Visy Park at 1pm.
As it’s the last chance to get some valuable miles into their legs before the season proper, players such as Andrew Swallow, Brent Harvey,, Drew Petrie, Jack Ziebell and Daniel Wells will no doubt get the maximum amount of game-time.
For Carlton, Chris Judd, Bryce Gibbs and Marc Murphy will be significant draw cards. As an added bonus, members will receive FREE ENTRY upon presentation of their respective 2012 club membership cards.
Carlton will be looking to finish the pre-season on a high having failed to register a win to date while North must improve its contested ball work with Brad Scott identifying it as an area of concern following the match against the Dogs.
Match-up wise, Hamish McIntosh and Todd Goldstein may go up against Kreuzer, Hampson and Warnock in what promises to be an intriguing battle.
