When contacted by kangaroos.com.au and told of the imminent release of the photo, one of the ‘women’ claimed he/she was forced to dress up.
“The things you guys used to make us players do to raise money,” he/she proclaimed.
“We didn’t want to do it but we had to!
“In all honesty, it was actually a great night and we all had a bit of fun and raised some cash too which was good.”
In case you haven’t figured it out yet, one of the ‘women’ is Daniel Pratt and the other is Daniel Harris. kangaroos.com.au understands there might be some more photos of players in drag, including one of a former captain of the club. Watch this space!
