Dom Tyson has capped off a terrific individual year by taking out the John Law Medal for being North Melbourne's best and fairest in the VFL.
The experienced midfielder took on a player-coach role in 2022 and thrived, polling an impressive 97 votes from 16 games. Tyson had no problem gathering the football and impacting the play either, averaging 26.1 disposals, 5.8 marks, 4.2 inside-50s and 3.8 clearances per game.
Former AFL-listed Hawk and 2021 John Law Medallist Harry Jones was the runner-up, polling 88 votes.
Like Tyson, Jones had his role constantly altered due to the rotation of AFL-listed players through the VFL side, but his form rarely dipped across his 16-game season.
Defender Marty Hore rounded out the top three with 81 votes after an outstanding year behind the ball.
The former Demon added a much-needed influx of experience to North's backline, which was critical when it came to the guidance of young draftees such as Jackson Archer and Josh Goater.
With his calmness and cleanliness when in possession of the ball, Hore was the side's primary ball-user coming out the backline and finished the year averaging 26.3 disposals, 10.6 rebound-50s and 7.6 marks per game.
Callum Coleman-Jones was the highest polling AFL-listed player, capping off his first year at the club with 61 votes and a fourth-place finish.
The versatile forward/ruck played 10 games at the top level this season, gaining valuable experience alongside veteran Todd Goldstein.
Polling 58 votes and rounding out of the top five was Jack Watkins, who also claimed the VFL Best Clubman Award for his unselfishness and team-first attitude.
