In the round-robin triangular stage, the Roos will also face Richmond at Etihad Stadium on Friday, February 22.
Chris Dawes, Troy Chaplin and Chris Knights will all take on the Kangaroos in much different jumpers than in the past when they run out for their new clubs.
In the second round, the Roos will travel to Townsville to play Gold Coast on March 2 before a match-up with Geelong.
Hamish McIntosh may face his old side at Simonds Stadium on March 9 after being traded to the Cats.
The Grand Final will be played on either Friday March 15 or Saturday March 16.
If North doesn’t make it, a NAB Challenge match or Intra-club match could be on the cards depending on what Brad Scott elects to do.
